2.1 License: Each ticket purchased represents a revocable license to attend the specified event. Tikobaze and event organizers reserve the right to revoke access without prior notice or compensation for violation of these terms or event policies.
2.2 Pricing: All ticket prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are fixed and non-negotiable. Prices include applicable service fees unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Payment: Payment is processed securely through M-Pesa and other authorized payment methods. You must provide accurate payment information.
3.1 Final Sale: All ticket sales are final transactions. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
3.2 Authorized Channels: Tickets may only be purchased through Tikobaze or other officially authorized distribution channels. Counterfeit, fraudulent, or stolen tickets will be dishonored, and holders may be denied entry.
3.3 Resale Prohibition: Unauthorized resale, copying, or commercial use of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
4.1 Event Changes: Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events at their sole discretion. Tikobaze is not liable for event changes.

7.3 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your ticket purchase.
8.1 Personal Information: By using Tikobaze, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Marketing Communications: You may receive promotional communications from Tikobaze and event organizers. You can opt out at any time.
8.3 Recording and Photography: Events may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to your image and likeness being used for promotional purposes without compensation.
All content on Tikobaze, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Tikobaze or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Tikobaze operates a referral program for event organizers. Referral commissions and terms are subject to separate agreements and may be modified at any time.
Fraudulent referral activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
11.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or ticket purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
