Revenue from ticket sales is available for withdrawal within 24-48 hours after your event concludes. For recurring organizers, we can arrange weekly payouts.

What payment methods do you support?

We support M-Pesa, card payments (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. M-Pesa is the most widely used mobile money platform in Kenya, while card and PayPal options cater to international attendees.

Can I issue refunds to attendees?

Yes, you can process refunds through your organizer dashboard. Refund policies are set by you as the event organizer. Platform fees on refunded tickets are also refunded.
